Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Obviously we want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us, whether online or in store. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. If you choose to return an item it must reach us in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. At all times your statutory rights are protected.

MAKING A RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return any item or items within 14 days of the dispatch date and, following inspection of the product, we will refund you for the cost of the item minus the outgoing delivery charge (minimum charge £7.00) via the original payment method used. Please note that the cost of return is not the responsibility of Rule #65 Ltd. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.

There are some exclusions to our 14 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Nutritional products or food items must be authorised for return and the best before date must be within 28 days
  • Any customised items such as wheel builds cannot be returned or personalised items
  • GPS systems such as sports watches or cycle computers can only be returned if unregistered
  • For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments such as bibshorts & tights, underwear and swimsuits can only be returned if the items are unworn (and any protective packaging remains)
  • Gift vouchers
  • Products received over 14 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition, including damage caused by the courier or due to insufficient packaging.
  • Any back ordered item that you are notified that is special order. You will be notified via email if an item is special order.
  • Electronic items, inc SRAM Etap, Shimano Di2 parts or spares once the item has been ordered.
  • Groupset Kits are As-Is. No Substitutions or returns/exchanges of individual parts or kits are allowed.

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances

We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are posting back an item you must fill out a returns form and put a copy of it when it it is posted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.

Product details

the high5 run pack is a selection of runner's favourite products. Whether you are new to sports nutrition or training for your next running event (such as a 10k, half marathon, marathon, trail run or ultra), this pack is full of all your nutrition essentials. You will have everything your need for your next run to help sustain your performance and stay hydrated. It also includes a run bottle with an easy to grip handle for running (leak-proof top, food grade plastic and dishwasher safe).

This pack is suitable for vegetarians and contains an assortment of best-selling flavours.

Pack contents: 2x energy gel + 2x energy gel aqua + 2x energy gel aqua caffeine + 1x recovery drink sachet + 2x zero 10 tab tube + 3x zero cafeine hit sachet + 1x run bottle

we recommend the high5 race belt to carry gels when running. This is available separately.

Please consider the environment and keep the countryside clean by taking your empty wrappers with you after use.

Frequently asked questions

are there products in the pack that contain electrolytes?Yes, zero contain electrolytes: sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and chloride.

Are the products vegetarian/vegan?All products in this pack are vegetarian and some products are suitable for vegans, for example the gels. Recovery drink and zero are not suitable for vegans.

Does this pack contain caffeine?The majority of products in the pack are caffeine free but there are some caffeine products too: energy gel aqua caffeine and zero caffeine hit. We do not recommend these be used by children and pregnant or breast feeding women and individuals sensitive to caffeine. Although zero is not a caffeine product, it may contain traces of caffeine (less than 2mg) from the green tea leaves extract.

Can you recycle high5 packaging?Weve partnered with terracycle to help recycle our single-use packaging (this includes energy gel and energy bar wrappers) which arent widely recyclable through traditional recycling facilities. Read more about the scheme here.

Is it okay to take gels and follow with water or zero?You should consume gels with appropriate fluid intake to stay hydrated as is recommended whenever you take part in sports activity. You can use zero instead of water.

Which high5 gel to choose: energy gel or energy gel aqua?There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; its simply down to personal preference. Energy gel aqua has a lighter consistency - somewhere between a drink and a gel.Whereas energy gel is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities. We've included both products in this pack so you can given them both a try but we find that runners prefer energy gel aqua.

Is the bottle bpa free?Yes, the high5 run bottle is bpa free.

Are high5 products drug free/free from banned substances?We do not use banned ingredients in high5 products and have a 100% proven track record: no athlete has ever tested positive from using a high5 product. The main manufacturing site for high5 products, where we make our gels and powders, is informed sport certified.
