Rule #65 Delivery Details

DELIVERY PROCESS

Our carrier will require a signature at point of delivery. If there is no-one at home, the carrier will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or may leave the delivery with a neighbour.

ORDER TRACKING / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We despatch the vast majority of orders via courier. Should you require to track your delivery please contact us and we will send you a link with your tracking number for whichever courier company we have used. Orders in rural locations may sometimes be sent via An Post for faster delivery.

Please note that at certain times of the year (Christmas, etc.) when demand is high you should allow extra days for shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.
